My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had lovely views of the water. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us recover lost cash. The location is ideal, right on the bustling Embarcadero with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The dining experience was simple but pleasant. The service fee was a bit confusing, but overall, the hotel offers great value for money.
